When is my outstanding balance due?
All packages must be paid for a month before the date of travel. If this is likely to cause a problem please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Can I change my hotel?
Hotels can be changed upon payment of the appropriate difference in package price (Some hotels do charge a cancellation fee in this case, this will be confirmed to you before the amendment is completed

Can I change my show?
If you would like to change the show that you are booked into please contact us at your earliest possible convenience. All tickets once purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, however we will endeavour to change you over without charge, unfortunately this is not always possible.

I have booked a matinee performance but my hotel check in is in the afternoon, what should I do?
We can request for you an early check in, however all of the hotels we offer will provide the facility to look after your luggage should a room not be available early and allow you to check in after the show.

What is the theatre dress code?
Most theatre's have a smart / casual dress code with most clothing being acceptable, although we would advise against torn denim and sports shirts.
