I am unable to travel, may I transfer the booking to someone else?
Yes, all requests must be sent in writing or via email to us but amendments are free of charge.

Can I change my hotel?
Hotels can be changed upon payment of the appropriate difference in package price (Some hotels do charge a cancellation fee in this case, this will be confirmed to you before the amendment is completed

Can I change my show?
If you would like to change the show that you are booked into please contact us at your earliest possible convenience. All tickets once purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, however we will endeavour to change you over without charge, unfortunately this is not always possible.

How do I cancel my booking
Should you wish to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible as time can be a big factor in how we are able to help you. All tickets once sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable however we will always attempt to resell your tickets for you should you be unable to travel. Hotel reservation cancellation policys vary from hotel to hotel, the full details of your specific hotel will be given when you contact us.
