 What tickets/seat numbers will I get?
Our packages are split into three categories: Gold, Silver & Bronze. Our gold packages include the very most expensive seats in the theatre (typically stalls & dress circle), silver packages include mid priced tickets (typically rear/side stalls and dress circle or best seats in the upper circle) and our bronze packages are based on budget tickets for the show (typically rear upper circle or balcony). We can always offer seat numbers before you book or confirm payment, simply call us on 01482 221256 and we will be happy to let you know what we can offer!

 When will everything arrive?
Bookings made more than a week before the date of travel are sent to customers through the post, usually arriving 5-7 days after the booking date. Bookings made within 7 days of the date of travel are confirmed via email with the theatre tickets left at the theatre's box office. Tickets and final confirmations are only sent after any outstanding balance has been paid

 Can my package be posted out to a different address?
Unfortunately the card fraud rules put in place by our credit card handlers require that our packages are only posted out to the registered address of the card holder.

 Can I book a theatre break for someone else?
Yes, when booking you package enter the name of the person you would like to book in the 'Name of lead guest' field and all of the appropriate reservations will be made in their name. However, any tickets and hotel details shall be posted out to the card holder.

 I would like to book a twin/triple room but the site won't let me, what should I do?
A number of hotels that we offer are small boutique hotels and do not always offer twin or triple rooms and these room types are not bookable online. Please call us on 01482 221256 for advice on appropriate hotels for your party.

 Is your site secure?
Our site uses the latest security and encryption available from Thawte to ensure that any data you enter into our site is secure and cannot be seen by anyone else. We also carry the McAfee Secure site seal (visible on the top right of the screen) as an extra indication of how highly we regard your personal information.

 When making a purchase I get an error saying that my address / postcode is invalid.
All of our payments are processed by SagePay and Streamline, a part of the validation process to prevent card fraud involves checking the supplied address information with the banks own records, if they do not tally, the payment cannot be accepted. In this case please check that the post code and house number or name are entered correctly. If the problem persists please call us on 01482 221256 for assistance.

 Do you keep hold of my card details?
Under no circumstances do we retain your card details, should you need to pay a balance or make another payment we require your full payment details again.

 Can I book more than one show?
Certainly. We can put together a package including as many shows as you would like to see, be it two three or even more! This is a little too much for our website to cope with and would kindly ask that you call us on 01482 221256 and we will be happy to let you know what we can offer you.
