How do I pay my outstanding balance?


Your balance will be taken automatically using the same card on the date specified on your confirmation email. If you wish to use a different card or change the due date please get in touch.

When is my outstanding balance due?


Most packages are due a month before the date of travel and is given on your confirmation. If you wish to change the date please get in touch.

Can I change my hotel?


Hotels can be changed upon payment of the appropriate difference in package price (Some hotels do charge a cancellation fee in this case, this will be confirmed to you before the amendment is completed

Can I change my show?


If you would like to change the show that you are booked into please contact us at your earliest possible convenience. All tickets once purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, however we will endeavour to change you over without charge, unfortunately this is not always possible.

I have booked a matinee performance but my hotel check in is in the afternoon, what should I do?


We can request for you an early check in, however all of the hotels we offer (excluding Travelodges, where an early check in fee applies) will provide the facility to look after your luggage should a room not be available early and allow you to check in after the show.

What is the theatre dress code?


Most theatres have a smart / casual dress code with most clothing being acceptable, although we would advise against torn denim and sports shirts.
