I am organising a group booking, how can we pay?


Through experience we are all too aware of the effort and stress involved in making a group booking, be it for a hen night, work's social event or just a group of friends. Is your site secure?


Our site uses the latest security and encryption available from Thawte to ensure that any data you enter into our site is secure and cannot be seen by anyone else.We also carry the McAfee Secure site seal (visible at the bottom of every page) as an extra indication of how highly we regard your personal information.

When making a purchase I get an error saying that my address / postcode is invalid.


All of our payments are processed by SagePay and Streamline, a part of the validation process to prevent card fraud involves checking the supplied address information with the banks own records, if they do not tally, the payment cannot be accepted. In this case please check that the post code and house number or name are entered correctly. If the problem persists please call us on 01482 221256 for assistance.

Do you keep hold of my card details?


When booking we do not hold on to your card number. We do receive a code from your bank authorising us to make repeat payments when required (such as when you pay a deposit).
