  • Derren works on his shows with his long-term collaborator, Andy Nyman, who has appeared in the West End in Ghost Stories, and on TV in Charlie Brooker’s Dead Set, and Campus, created by the people behind Green Wing
  • Back when he was 10, Derren wanted to be a poet or a vet
  • Derren is his real, birth, Christian name, though he first performed as “Darren V Brown”
